Todd Keener is the CEO of PayReel and a lifelong architect of systems—technical, operational, and human—that just work. His career began in 1993 when he launched one of Colorado’s largest internet service providers, scaling it into a statewide leader before its acquisition by RMI, a publicly traded company. Since then, he’s served as CTO, COO, and now CEO—guiding companies through complex transitions and building infrastructure that scales.

At PayReel, Todd has led through every major inflection point, evolving the company from service-focused to platform-driven, and now toward an AI-powered future of work. He’s known for turning ambiguity into clarity, complexity into systems, and potential into results. As one former CEO put it: “Todd gets the puck in the net.”

His leadership is grounded in loyalty, clarity, and precision. With deep roots in software and a strategist’s mind, he’s a rare hybrid—equally fluent in code, operations, and capital structure.

A devoted father and baseball purist, Todd finds joy in a well-timed insight, a ninth-inning comeback, or chasing mountain light while rewilding the forest behind his home.

Bryan serves as Chief Revenue Officer at PayReel, leading the company’s revenue strategy and go-to-market organization to accelerate growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen PayReel’s position as a global workforce solutions provider.

Bryan brings deep executive leadership experience across technology, global workforce solutions, private equity, insurance, and media. Prior to PayReel, he served as SVP of Sales & Strategy at Terraboost Media and Global VP of Account Management at Velocity Global, where he led a global organization through a period of rapid international expansion. He has also served as CEO of Blue Cod Technologies and Managing Director at The Stage Fund, a private equity firm focused on growth and turnaround investments.

Known for building high-performing teams and durable revenue engines, Bryan combines data-driven decision-making with disciplined execution and a strong customer focus. At PayReel, he’s helping organizations find, pay, and retain talent in an increasingly complex, global workforce.

Michelle has a long-standing passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Formerly PayReel’s Senior Customer Relationship Manager, she now leverages her deep expertise as the voice and advocate for our clients’ goals and visions. With years of experience and a keen understanding of client needs, Michelle frequently anticipates challenges and provides solutions before they’re even requested. In her current role, she contributes to software development initiatives, leads specialty one-off projects, and plays a key role in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.

A proud Colorado native, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Broncos, and diving into her home state’s rich history.

Fun fact: On Halloween, Michelle’s house is a neighborhood legend—consistently crowned the scariest spot on the block.

With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years in finance, Mike brings a depth of experience and leadership to his role as Controller at PayReel. His professional journey has encompassed key roles across the banking, insurance, and corporate finance sectors, where he developed a reputation for operational excellence, financial integrity, and strategic oversight.

Throughout his career, Mike has implemented robust controls and provided financial stewardship that drives both compliance and business growth. His tenure in corporate controllership has been marked by a keen ability to balance detailed financial management with a big-picture understanding of organizational objectives.

A Colorado native, Mike values both his professional contributions and the time he spends with his growing family. Outside of the office, he enjoys being with his grandchildren and embracing the great outdoors. Whether it’s boating, camping, or restoring classic vehicles, Mike brings the same passion and precision to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional endeavors.
